Speaking for myself, dealing with people who flip out over trivial things and who act like their world’s ending because I make a perfectly reasonable decision makes me a little cranky. Maybe UB’s similarly afflicted. I’ve met UB several times, and he’s quite a nice guy – not cranky at all, if a little on the quiet side. And he makes terrifically yummy spanakopita. People that make me food = good in my book.
As for me, I’ve been lucky enough to meet some really great Dopers and form good friendships with them. With a few exceptions, there’s nobody on here that I wouldn’t like to meet.
