I bought it and finally got to watch it today. It still made me tear up at the end.
The extras are pretty fun.

I paid for it. It was worth the $12 even if I could watch it online.
It was worth the money for “Commentary! The Musical” alone. Some of the songs on that are better than the ones in the musical (and many are much funnier)! I’ve had “Better Than Neil,” “Ninja Ropes,” “Nobody’s Asian in the Movies,” and “Neil’s Turn” stuck in my head for months now.
Of course I’d seen it already. I just wanted it in DVD format.
Yeah. So did I. Nobody else seemed interested in talking about it back in November. But carry on.
Netflix delivered it yesterday. We had fun watching it - I don’t think **Dark2Phoenix **is enthralled enough to watch all the extras, but I am! Well, maybe not all the ELE applications, but the other stuff.

I just saw Netflix got it and I have it on my queue. Did Netflix have it when it came out on DVD? I swear I’ve tried to get it before and they did not carry it.
When it first came out on DVD, Amazon was advertising it as an exclusive.

I picked up the DVD from Best Buy last night. Found two Easter Eggs, but I’m not sure what to do with them. If you watch the making of documentaries, the credits at the end have several apparently random letters highlighted, which spell out “Enter at act 2.” Also, if you look at the list of available subtitles, one of the options is “Wiccan.” One of the Wiccan subtitles is, “Enter” and then a long string of numbers.
Thing is, I don’t know what I’m supposed to do with these. Enter them where? Anyone know?
Also, the application videos for the Evil League of Evil are pretty good. The song for the first one was so well done, I was trying to figure out who the guy had been in the movie before I realized it was a fan video.
It was available for $10 with free shipping last year when I posted my thread that nobody wanted to play in.
Sigh. I’ll be in my basement.
I don’t remember anymore, but they were kind of a pain in the ass to unlock and I remember thinking that they weren’t quite worth all the trouble. The details of how to unlock them all are posted up on the Dr. Horrible website forums though.
