Only in the SDMB can such an enormous transfer of power be carried out in such an orderly fashion without attempted coups, military involvement, street rioting, etc. I applaud your service, Sir, and wish you a pleasant transition back to a civilian lifestyle.

He get’s to have one of the elderly hamsters when the Reader brings in a new younger more efficient one.
If he chooses, The Reader will give him the option of having it dipped in gold and having a wrist band put on.
