Dry Cleaners Win Lawsuit - Take That Judge Pearson!

Looks like justice prevailed after all. The dry cleaners that were sued by a judge for losing his pants won the lawsuit. The best part? The presiding judge has ordered Judge Pearson, the crybaby judge who brought the suit to court, to pay the court costs of defendants. I bet he’s kicking himself for not taking one of the earlier settlement offers.

Watch for the appeal. You know he’s going to appeal.

From what I read the ruling says he has to pay the court costs, not the thousands in legal fee’s the cleaners have paid/will pay. They will have to sue for them. Which leads me to a question, on those court room shows on TV you almost always had a counter suit. Is that real? And if it is why didn’t the cleaners do that at the same time to save them from having to file a claim now?
