I call voter fraud on @Dinsdale ! I demand to see your goldendoodle’s birth certificate!
MI only has 3% reporting so far, with neither Detroit or Flint reporting any results yet.
I did my part, come what may.
Just remember, high population areas usually report later.
NC is back to light blue on Google/AP.
CNN has called WV for Loser Donald.
I’m out of tequila and I’m not drunk enough.
Ohio results, with 42% of the vote reported:
Joseph R. Biden Jr.
1,475,181 55.1%
Donald J. Trump
1,169,493 43.7%
Not sure what you’re looking at, but if it’s just “current vote counts”, it’s pretty meaningless without context. Is it vote totals or is it projections?
Nicole Wallace keeps repeating, MI, WI and PA. Well that is true, but if it comes to PA we won’t know for days. Right now AZ could stop that from happening, or TX, but fuck, TX will not happen for Biden, I am sure
62% in in NC, Biden up 9 points.
YAY! That will add some hope to this election right there.
Google results are useless for this. It used to be enough to know what counties still had to report results, and you could kind of make some decent guesses about what the remaining votes would lean. But with the mail-in votes this year, it’s impossible to project votes in all states except for FL, GA, and NC (these states report the mail-in/live vote breakdown, which is why NYT was able to create “needles” for them).
This is an example of something that used to be true and isn’t anymore. A lot of the high-population areas were heavily mail-in or early votes this year. Some states count them first, some count them last, some mix it up. You can’t make educated guesses about how things will trend.
Arkansas has gone red (shocker).
In the 538 “Choose Your Own Adventure”, giving FL to Trump and NH to Biden, leaves Biden at a 76% likelihood to get elected.
Throw NC to Biden, and that percentage jumps to 96%.
Throw NC to Trump, and that percentage moves to 65%.
Biden currently has around a 130,000 vote lead in Texas with 46% of votes reported.
I’m breathing into a paper bag. Rewatching this doesn’t help, but I wish I had Dave’s calm attitude.
With 80% in, Tarrant County TX is 49.4 Trump, 49.2 Biden.
I can’t find it. When I clicked on the AP link in Google, it doesn’t go to a map. Maybe someone else can find a more direct link.
85 Biden
61 Trump
Texas went back to light blue.
Trump is probably going to win FL
