Latest voting update:
Pennsylvania
Thought I’d delay the update to the moment Biden had more of a lead in PA than there are estimated ballots left to count and that just happened. Biden now has a lead of 45,673 with 44,800 estimated votes remaining.
Alaska
No new results so far today but there should be more shortly. In fact AK said they would count mail in votes and absentee ballots a week after the election (because of reasons). However Trump has a 54,598 vote lead with an estimated 175,000 ballots left to count so Biden needs 66.3% of what’s remaining. Unlikely.
Arizona
Biden’s lead is now 14,213. Trump has been whittling this down all day however he’s rarely gotten above the percentage he’s needed to catch up. There are an estimated 44,874 ballots left to count and Trump needs 65.1% of these. Today Trump has been getting only around 57.5%.
Georgia
Dribs and drabs coming in now, the counting is pretty much over. Biden’s lead has been eeked out to 12,671 which makes a turnover from the upcoming recount vanishingly unlikely.
Nevada
Okay this has been called but I’ll still include it. Biden’s lead is 36,726 with 64,394 left to count. There have only been two relatively small counts recorded today both heavily in favour of the President Elect.
North Carolina
Trump’s probably going to win this one. Biden’s been catching up as the shape of the count is largely the same as in PA and GA however Trump’s lead is 74,870 and Biden needs 70.3% of the remaining 186k ballots to go his way. He’s generally been averaging 63/64% in these latter stages. The slight doubt here is that a lot of the remaining votes are coming from urban areas so it could be that Biden gets a really overwhelming amount in a couple of these.

The fact that people are spending a few minutes in Father Mitch’s confessional and then making their statements tells me that Mitch is definitely filling them in on the playbook. But the fact that he is orchestrating everything and pulling all the strings, does not IMHO necessarily mean that he believes the election can be overturned.

I suspect we’ll see a lot more Republicans abandon Trump and his ridiculous attempt to sue his way back into the presidency on January 6. I’m guessing many of them don’t want him to shit all over the Georgia runoff elections. If they abandon him now, he’ll set the whole Republican party on fire and let the Senate go down with him. Humoring him now allows them to keep his worse impulses tamed until after they’ve locked down the Senate.

But can ANYBODY explain why Arizona is taking so long to count the ballots? Seems likes they’re only counting about 10k a day.
That’s one DJT activity that I could get behind. 
Nope. Just the opposite. The smaller, lower populations states were mostly in the North.
Delaware, Rhode island, Kentucky, Georgia, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, New jersey, Conn- 9 smallest states by population.
Virginia, Pennsylvania, North carolina had the most. It was to make sure the smaller population states didnt get bulldozed. Virginia had nearly twice the pop of any other state.
Now, yes the 3/5th compromise was there solely to benefit the South. But the Senate and Electoral college was the help the smaller states and of course property owners.

Definitely higher than 0%, but not much. What are the ways that this could happen? Many involve the Supreme Court, such as a conspiracy of 5 Supreme justices who are “in the bag” for Trump, willing to eschew democracy forever, to help him rise to king. As others have said, do 5 justices really want this to happen? Even those justices that might typically lean toward some originalist argument in favor of Trump would likely swing the other way to prevent a breakdown of society. Another way is if there really was widespread election fraud of some kind, in favor of Biden, but that would need to involve a much larger conspiracy of people, or some technological fraud that isn’t easily detectable. I’d say the Supreme Court route is far more likely, but even that is small.
Gorsuch and Roberts have signalled strongly that they are not trumps bum boys. Kavanaugh is, of course, and maybe Barrett.
