My membership has expired and I would like to renew it. I’d like to pay by check or MO (or cash) though. Would someone be willing to let me pay them via mail and then after receipt (and funds clearance), re-activate my account? No, this is NOT Nigerian Spam-mail. (You’ve read my posts; this is far worse… ) I’m not trying to get you to claim 500 billion Croner or scam you into making money from home by cashing bogus money orders. Its a one shot deal with my future posting priviledges in the balance.
There’s third reason also, but I’d feel guilty saying ‘Hi’ to Opal without ponying up membership cash first.

Would anybody be willing to sponsor a membership for DeafDyke from the AllDeaf.com message board? She was unceremoniously wished into the cornfield for sock puppeteering in this thread. Subway Prophet and Dropzone both expressed an interest in helping her out, but I don’t think anything has come of it yet. I’ve known DeafDyke for almost five years now, and I can assure you that the kid really doesn’t have any money. I would kick in myself, but my wife is out of work right now, and we’re knee-deep in a colossal bucket of other shit too. Since DeafDyke is not currently a member or guest member here, there’s no way to extend her existing membership, so an account will have to be created from scratch for her. I can contact her with her username and temporary password after they’ve been created. I’m sure she would be happy with the username DeafDyke. Another good username would be Paula’s Pearl—an inside joke originating from her continual torment of the administrator of a pro-oralist message board named the Hearing Exchange. She’ll be spewing Diet Coke all over her monitor when she sees that one. If anybody can help out in this matter, I promise it will not go unappreciated.
Subway Prophet has volunteered to do this, so I will PM this info to him. He has first dibs. BUT:
I think it would be better for Deaf Dyke to create her own screen name and join as a guest. Someone can extend her to full membership after that.
