You weren’t being sexist. The Vulcan(ian)s were. In “Amok Time,” they only talk about the males going into heat and T’Pau asks T’Pring if she is “prepared to become the property of the victor.”
And in ST3,SFS, Saavik tells David that Pon Farr is something Vulcan males must endure every seventh year of their adult lives.

Oh, speaking of Tellarites…I just found one under my bed! About four inches tall he is, a nice little Hamilton figure, except that he kinda looks like Dr. Zaius.
I also found a Klingon, an Andorian, and a Mugatu.
We’ve all got to Mugatu some time.

Thanks for the info, Viva. Now that I think about it, Ponn Farr was presented as something only males “suffered.” LOL (I added the other n to Ponn because it’s supposed to be there…I think. :D)

Now as to your Tellarite … I am now extremely jealous! Are these figurines that are available somewhere? Where can I get one? Help me, someone, please? Aiyeee! LOL
