When I was a little girl (before anyone told me first cousins shouldn’t marry) I thought I was going to marry him when I grew up. I found it interesting that years and years later, after that thought had totally abandoned my mind (or so I thought) I should have a dream about it.

Worst thing is, in the dream I was trying to get my sister’s attentions, and started to succeed, but then (in the dream) I got distracted by the family dog as he passed by and switched gears. . . nastiest dream ever. But so nasty that I just woke up laughing.
Not a blood relative, but a member of my wife’s family. It was weird but not completely unpleasant.

Why would a sex dream about a relative be so disturbing? A dream is just a dream. And, to answer the OP, yes, I’ve had sex dreams about my sister and there was no yuck factor at all.

Yes, about my sister. This sister’s a stripper that spends all of her money on vodka and pot and is pretty much looked on as an embarrassment in my family. We don’t talk very much because she has a volatile temper. For instance she stabbed me with a screwdriver when we were teenagers, and pulled a mini-revolver on me when we got into an argument last year. There is no chance of reconciliation.
I think my dream was some sort of subconscious attempt to degrade and humiliate her.
