He also lies about having said that, or tries to pretend he didn’t (as he just did a few posts up).
I come from a place where painstaking, obsequious politeness means “fuck you and everyone looks like you”. It’s cool, because when anyone calls you up on your shit you can go “Who, *moi *? But I’ve only been nice all along, and no one can say different”.
Further, there have been god fuck knows how many threads where irritated posters have asked, told, intimated, pleaded at him to cut the shit because it annoys the piss out of them. His reply has always been “No. Regards, Shodan”. If that’s not an explicit “fuck all o’ y’all” and plain jerk behaviour, I don’t know what is.
He can imply “fuck you” all he wants. I’ll plainly state that I wish **Shodan **would spend the rest of his days being pelted with LEGO bricks. For the sig line alone, if his toxic style wasn’t enough of a reason to wish him to go fuck an echidnae.
Careful, that might seem like wishing harm. Better make it Duplo.
I wouldn’t call that lying. The claim was that he insulted “everyone”, “in every post”, but what he said is that he “sometimes” does that and presumably it’s an insult only to the person he is responding to. Still, a jerkish thing to do, but not what was claimed by Kobal2.

I’m not from the south, so a Southerner had to explain to me that saying “Well, bless her heart” can be roughly translated as “Fuck that bitch.”
All these people bringing up something Shodan said in an unrelated thread six years ago better watch out.
Word is the mods don’t take kindly to popping into threads on totally unrelated topics to make personal remarks like that. It’s stalking behavior and probably will result in warnings.

As the saying goes: You can change the world or you can change yourself. If something someone else does bugs you, especially some anonymous person on a MB, then you should learn to not be annoyed. It’s just a bunch of electrons.
I’m not annoyed by him in the least. For the good reason that I don’t see his posts. Once in a while I look at one, and then I remember why I don’t. Or I get warnings upon pointing out his intellectually dishonest bait
