Great, great episode. The peter-copter chewing up Joe’s lawn was perhaps my favorite part, along with “How do you afford these things?” Good to see more Quagmire, Cleveland, and Joe. I was beginning to worry they’d be stuck as background gags from now on.
I’m surprised at some of the ho-hum reviews this episode is getting here. I thought it was outrageously hillarious! When Brian cracked Lois on the ass (and yelled “YEAH!!” while he was doing it) I almost messed myself laughing! The scene with Stewie at the golf course was a riot too! I love that show, and this was a great episode IMHO.
Yes, I liked it too, perhaps because it something I’d never seen before, yet there was something sorta iconic about it.
Also liked “Bewitched” and “Kicked in the Nuts.”
There were numerous bits that went on way longer than they had to to make their point, which made me wonder whether it was a matter of comedic timing (“let’s see just how long we can let this go on”) or episode padding.
I definately think it’s a conscious choice. I’m a sucker for it. Makes me laugh almost everytime when I think the joke is done, but it just keeps going, I get in a second or even third fit of laughs. (“They can’t possibly do another chorus of “Full-blown AIDS,” can they? … guess they can.” 
)
A cynic might say it’s because the creators know the Peter/Chicken fight is one of the best-loved bits in the series by fans, so they keep trying to return to the well. But I think it’s just a signature style of the show… funny everytime.
I’m hoping to find an MP3 of that song.

I laughed so much at the “Kicked in the nuts” bit, but missed the reference. Is there a reference I should know about?
I assumed the Kicked in the Nuts thing was a reference to shows like Punk’d where people are pranked.
