Free candy that doesn't come from a guy in a panel van: A Halloween MMP

Red skins to boil, russets to bake or make fries. I don’t have a clue why, save that russets are long and make long French fries.

Sad at the Vikings game, happy about the Steelers game, putting stuff away from Harbor Freight (I should know better than to walk in there) and digesting an Applebee’s dinner. Life is mostly good.

swampy, I grew up with those, but called creamed potatoes.

I thought that choir practice was at six, but I got pinged at noon with a reminder that it was at one. It went well and, for once, I’m singing with the women. How we managed to get that many guys, I don’t know, but we got eight of each, meaning that the tenor part that I practiced was not the right one.

red we sometimes called them creamed N.O.T. as well. However, smashed N.O.T. could be called creamed N.O.T. as well. I sometimes use Half And Half [sup]TM[/sup] instead of milk for either stewed or smashed N.O.T. Then both really are creamed N.O.T. Sometimes it’s just best to say, “Oh Look! N.O.T.s!” and let it go at that.

Creamed is what I call them too.

Christ on a crutch, use whipping cream.
