Game- Simpsons Quotes!!

Premise is simple.

Person lists a “Simpson” quote and the next poster has to identify the character who said it and under which circumstances/what episode. Are we ready? I’ll start.

NINE babies? That’s barbaric!

Manjula, when their 8 babies is overtaken by the 9 babies, which prompted that father to say “We’re on cloud nine!”

Obviously in the babies in the zoo ep, Eight Misbehavin’

But Marge, you don’t know! Maybe I’m not getting enough… Estrogen.

“What is this smear campaign against this BEEELOVED brewer??”

Homer finds some pills in the trash, and justifies taking them.

“Goodness! I had no idea! For, you see, I have been on Mars for the last decade. In a cave. With my eyes shut and my fingers in my ears”.

Sideshow Bob’s brother, Cecil, regarding Bob’s criminal activities.

“Re… cy… cling?”

C.M. Burns, when he’s at the Junior Achievers or whatever business meeting, and Lisa asks him if his plant has a recycling plant. It’s the disturbing episode where Burns loses his money, and then makes it all back by grinding up oceanic lifeforms. Funny thing is, there was an earlier episode where Ned Flanders was at Burns’ house, talking to him about recycling. Burns seemed to know what it was then, as he expressed “joy” at the thought of pawing through his garbage. But, hell, I guess if Burnsey can forget Homer’s name on a daily basis, he can forget what recycling is, you adorable little ragamuffin.

“Oh, I wrote that one, after Bart somehow managed to get this tattoo on my butt.”

Quix

Duffman, posing as a reporter, to Homer when Homer tries to expose the Duff corporation’s plan to move the Springfield Isotopes to Albequerque.

Homer, explaining why one of the death threats Bart received wasn’t written in blood like all the other ones, which came from Sideshow Bob. IIRC, the tattoo was “Wide Load.”
“The Nye Mets are my favorite squadron.”

That was Apu talking to Homer, impersonating an American citizen during the illegal immigrants ep.

“I think women and seamen don’t mix.”

Well, I don’t understand this game, but the all-time best Simpson’s line is:

Kang: Commence fertilization procedure! (Kang shoots Marge with a ray-gun) Fertilization complete!

Marge: Really, that was quick.

Kang: What do you mean by that?

Marge: Oh nothing, nothing.

From one of the Halloween episodes: Kang is Maggie’s father and wants custody, so the family goes on Springer to settle the matter.

My turn: “Gentlemen: To evil!”

Smithers to Burns, in the episode where Homer is King Kong, and he keeps eating people, including his bride’s (Marge’s) family.

My favorite: (something like) “Eeeeehhhh, I could pull a better cartoon out of my aaaaaa… Hey hey, kids! Wasn’t that great?”

Should have specified that my post was a reply to Nothing But Net.

Krusty the Klown, reacting to a sub-par Itchy ‘n’ Scratchy cartoon.

I’ll add another, because it’s late and I’m tipsy:

“Well, I’ll be all right as long as I remember my army training…Dang!”

And another: “Okay, giant beer!”

Grandpa, after telling Homer he’s an accident, is left on the side of the road. I love that quote.

“Bart, stop pestering Satan.”

Marge, after Homer sells his soul for a donut. Bart says he would sell his soul for a race car, but then laughs and says no to Satan.

“Bad corpse, stop scaring Smithers!”

Mr. Burns, while taking Homer from the grave he was sleeping in.

This was in the Halloween episode where Mr Burns tries to create the perfect employee and puts Homer’s brain in a giant robot.

How about this one:

[deep voice] “This is indeed a disturbing universe.” [/deep voice]

“This is indeed a disturbing universe.”

that was Maggie voiced by James Earl Jones in one of the Halloween episodes. Homer had traveled back in time and kept altering history leading to some very interesting alternate presents.

Now my quote:

“You’ve done grand, lad. Now you know what to do. Burn it. BURN IT ALL!”

The toast given by Mr. Black to the other Krusty Kamp counsolers, shortly before the rebellion led by Bart Simpson.

“What are you going to do? Release the dogs? Or the bees? Or the dogs with bees in their mouths and when they bark they shoot bees at you?”

Elf on Ralph Wiggum’s shoulder at the end of Ralph Saves The Day episode.
Holding sign that says: Bring Back Wagon Train
