**Cervaise ** is not one of the most prolific posters by any means. He is user #251 so he is one of the longest running posters. He posts less than 5 per day. There are probably a hundred posters that post more and dozens with more posts. His advice to you was polite and pretty good.

As you have noted, **Cervaise’s ** posts are often just one-liners, and are usually funny. **Cervaise **, as far as I have ever noticed, doesn’t start a whole lot of threads; and doesn’t post a lot of personal information. (And as has been noted, his post count is in part due to a very long time on the board.) In fact, despite your very different number of posts and amount of time here, I think I know more personal information about you than I do about Cervaise.

You do post too often, with way too much stupidity. You also drink too damn much. It’s time for you to man up to your problems. There’s nothing here for you to “defend yourself” against. You put your shit in the street. Nobody asked you to do that, but since you did, several people are trying to help you clean up the mess. Auto, obviously I’ve found a couple of your threads pretty entertaining. They did leave room for a lot of the creativity that exists here to flourish. But maybe some of the additional elements of your persona do merit the responses you’ve received and, frankly friend, I think much of it may very well be spot on.
Cervaise, Jodi, Rubystreak, Oakminister and most all of the others are simply trying to preserve the integrity of what we enjoy here. Don’t take everything as a personal insult that must be vigorously challenged. Consider some and maybe try it on for size. It’s not just a smattering and the theme’s pretty darn consistent.
