She was allergic to shrimp and didn’t know the dish contained it.
Did anyone mention Elias’s power to make beings horny when he passes through them?

No, no one did.
So for the minor ghosts:
Basement/Cholera Ghosts: Death = cholera. Ghost power = not revealed yet.
Nigel: Death = shot by Isaac. Ghost power = not revealed yet.
Shed Ghosts: Death = not revealed yet. Ghost power = not revealed yet.
Saul: Death = beaned in the head by a pitch. Ghost power = not revealed yet.
Elias: Death = suffocated in vault: Ghost power = walk through Livings and make them horny.
Stephanie: Death = chainsaw murder. Ghost power = not revealed yet.*
Crash: Death = decapitated in motorcycle crash. Ghost power = not revealed yet.
Baby Bjorn: Death = not revealed yet. Ghost power = not revealed yet.
Judy (neighbor Henry’s 50’s mom): Death = not revealed yet. Ghost power = not revealed yet.
Neighbor Puritan Guy: Death = not revealed yet. Ghost power = not revealed yet.
Sheryl: Death = allergic reaction to shrimp. Ghost power = can burp up shrimp. Also not revealed = why she and Sam are estranged, although I think her excessive criticism plays a role.
Jessica (car ghost): Death = car wreck. Ghost power = not revealed yet.
Have I forgotten anyone?
*This is as good a time as any to give some mad props to Odessa A’zion, the actress who portrays Stepanie. Her facial expressions, tone and delivery almost perfectly match those of 80’s teenage Mean Girls. She’s 30 years removed from that generation (she’s 23) but she nails it nonetheless.
And her mother was Bobby Hill.
I thought that any of the ghosts can walk through livings with varying effects. If so this wouldn’t preclude them having a separate ghost power would it?
I second that emotion. I absolutely knew girls like that (except they weren’t funny).
They can walk thru livings (or livings thru them) - it is always painful - sometimes it triggers their ghost power (Isaac, Flower, Elias) othertimes not (Sass, etc).
Never forget that the Basement Ghosts have a great knowledge of the Water heater, and to a lesser extent, types of wood - that may be their greatest power.
I’m surprised Victorian telephone wire was that strong, but maybe it’s a ghost thing.
Well a ghost weighs basicly nothing if you’re talking about Flower.
But for Heddy when she ended it, a lot iffier.
For Baseball Saul and Car Crash Jessica, I personally think their ghost powers are their relative mobilities. We won’t know until we see them or someone like them do something additional but for me, since they can do something no one else can, that’s their powers
Hetty. But you don’t need a strong wire if you don’t actually suspend yourself. If they took a while to break into the room, she could just slumped against the wire. Some people have killed themselves with something as flimsy as a silk scarf.
This might be useful, I just went through and made this chart. The 1777 are a guess and crash is described as 1950s.

There’s also Maddocks, the gamekeeper ghost next door (UK version - appears in one S4 episode).
Died 1950s/60s after stepping in a badger trap. Don’t mention the leg.
ETA: Aaannd I’ve just found a full list of identified ghosts for both UK and US shows:
When / how did we learn that Mary’s last name is Guppy? I can’t believe I missed it
Just in case, I will put in spoiler area.
I’m disappointed that Flower came back but not due to the actor or character but the producers. When we started up s3, I went and read on it and they repeatedly said they wanted the ghost that was sucked off to be someone important, not some no name cholera ghost. I get that they have to hype their show but I still feel burnt if we can’t trust them. I would rather they be coy or avoid it than lie. I also assume that they did this since that actor was pregnant and this give her a chance to have her baby before returning.
I also have a tough time believing Hetty would do that. Or rather, it would have been better if she had been told that if she is gone, her son gets it all with no problem, since she has already protected him.
As for the telephone wire, it might be copper wire of 18-20 gauge, with two of them. I am not an expert but I could see it being enough to suffocate but not hang someone.
I also want the puritan ghost to show up. I’m surprised that walking off the property line doesn’t push them back to the top.
Okay, I know, don’t overthink it. But. Besides not being able to find the basement for a hundred years, how is the dirt something they can pass through? They can walk on dirt, so how does the plane of a floor for a ghost get defined by dirt? They could walk out of the basement walls into the yard?
I almost want a ghost that is a ghost but has to obey all normal things. Walls, floors, cars, all effect them as if they were alive but they aren’t. Maybe they can also go anywhere, if I’m throwing something out there.
I think that’s exactly what one of the ghosts (Sass?) said about the whole wall/floor thing.
which is hard to do since Carol specifically mentions her hand passing thru the couch
Sure, it would be pleasingly logical. But then the show-runners would be giving up all the laughs stemming from ghosts sticking their faces through walls and commenting comically on what they see.
Comedy > logic.
If you’re wondering how he eats and breaths and other science facts…
They were having a discussion about it when troubleshooting how to get Flower out of the well. “We could have Sam and Jay pull out part of the floor and put it in the well as a ramp so she can climb out”. “But…when does floor become wall?” I think we all need to stop and ask ourselves that from time to time.
Deal Mart seems to be quite the death trap.
