I have contacts myself, and would never go back to glasses. They make a girl as attractive as if she has a big retainer wire around her jaw. It’s not the look nature intended. If you are drawn to glasses, you are probably just confusing sex with Henry Kissinger.
Woohoo!
Double bonus points!

isopropyl, the fact that you are currently outpolled about 40-1 should tell you something. Not scientific, to be sure, but THERE ARE A LOT MORE OF US OUT HERE THAN YOU THINK.
So, c’mon and get with the program! Glasses for isopropyl!
[sub]Uh, you are a chick, right?[/sub]
I LOVE my glasses! I have three pairs. A brown rectangular shape, a black cat’s-eye, and tiny siver wire frames. If you’ve got to wear 'em, wear 'em with style! On the other hand, while I almost always wear my glasses in day-to-day life, I’ve never once been asked to wear them in a play/commercial/shoot. Not once. Always my contacts. They just don’t know what’s cool, I guess.
I also agree with men wearing glasses. Take an attractive man, put glasses on him…Mmmmmmmm.
My first serious relationship was with a girl who had the most beautiful eyes I (and my friends) ever saw in real life. She looked gorgeous without glasses, and in my opinion, looked even more gorgeous when she wore her big ol’ horn rims.
As far as I’m concerned, glasses act like a picture frame for the eyes, drawing your attention to them.
And I agree with the other posters. a woman taking her glasses off for some serious necking is one of the hottest things in the world.
I have glasses, but I hate them.
If someone is going to take a picture of me,
I usually take them off.
I know it’s stupid,
but that’s just how I feel.
Count me in on the chicks with glasses look. Nerdy women ROCK!
Oh, and Anniz, don’t be silly. You look great with your glasses on. Always makes my heart skip a beat.
::sublime groan:: Ohhhhh, Bailey Quartersssss…
I couldn’t figure out why everyone else was so gaga over Loni Anderson when Jan Smithers was around.
Tack Olentzero.
Maybe I should stop being silly.
My husband likes it when I wear my glasses. He thinks I look cute in them. I think he’s a nut! I feel like a total geek when I have my glasses on because I was tormented for it in school. I got contacts at age 12 and have refused to wear my glasses in public ever since. (Note: My opinion of how I look in glasses doesn’t apply to anyone else – I think most people look good in them.)
They’re so fuckng annoying. I rarely ever wear them, and when I do they just get in the way. I just prefer contacts.
Women in little round wire framed glasses (like Elaine from Seinfield would sometimes wear) = Yowsa.
Good choices, Nymysys. Pardon me while I virtually ogle you.
Not surprisingly, I also adore women who wear glasses. There’s something to that comment made above that they frame the eyes.
Perhaps surprisingly, I have perfect vision myself, so have never needed to wear glasses. But, I’ve been thinking about getting some blank lenses in a nice frame. What do you doper ladies think? Would that be possibly a good idea, or just dishonest?
I wear glasses. Little black wire frames, which are quite cute.
I have a bf too, so they couldn’t have done me any wrong.

Sorry, gotta disagree with you there. Sandra’s GORGEOUS in real life. I know, I went to college with her (She rocked in The Three Sisters).

This is a slight hijack but…
I just recently had LASIK surgery. I wore glasses from second grade until age 33. I hated the way I looked in my glasses and frankly, they were a HUGE pain in the ass! I couldn’t wear contacts for more than a couple hours before I had to rip them out (for other contact wearers out there, I think you’ll agree, when you get to that point taking out your lenses at the end of the day feels so good it rivals sex)
So…this was the best money I ever spent. Not even so much for vanity, but freedom. I can go to the gym without worrying that my glasses are going to fall off the treadmill or something will fly in my eye while lifting. I ride 18 miles a day outside when the weather is good and its just amazing. The thing is, that I find a lot a people tell me how cool they think glasses are. I think this reaction only comes from people who’ve never had to wear them and think of them as accessories. I will still never understand girls with 20/20 vision who get colored contacts
Why? I think this is a HUGE INSULT to people who have to wear some sort of corrective lenses from the minute they get up, until they go to bed. If you think they’re fun, its cause you don’t need them.
Ahem…I wear glasses too…
You’re obviously having sex with the wrong people.
I have been wearing glasses for more than half my life, and frankly they don’t bother me at all. I tried contact lenses for one year, but they were too much bother. They weren’t uncomfortable, though.
I find glasses on women to be quite attractive for the most part (my Lisa Loeb crush is totally coincidental, having more to do with the really short dress she wore in the “Stay” video). I wear glasses myself, which may be related. As a rule, though, glasses are like a lot of things that look good on some and not so good on others.
