Well, generally when quoting or even paraphrasing from a movie, book or any other work of someone else’s mind it’s good form to acknowledge this in some way. In fact, I think it’s a board rule. If it isn’t, it’s still bad form…but then it’s you, so it’s not like it’s a huge surprise.

HOWEVER…just because you’re not antisemitic doesn’t mean you can use the phrase, “He jewed me out of a month’s pay” without getting crapped on. And that’s what gonzo is refusing to see. He thinks that because he didn’t actually mean to make fun of gay men, he gets a pass on the word.
