But the fact that some gay men do call each other fags in various usages…is this taking something away from you?
Yes. Yes, it is not proper for a straight man to use the word, even if gay men do. That’s the nature of the word. Deal with it.
And “in some circles” is not universal. There are as many gay subcultures as there are straight subcultures, possibly more. Every major city has at least one based on location alone. Every little subgroup, sexual kink, body type attraction, performance preference and sometimes race has their own. Some use “fag” or “faggot”. Some don’t. Neither type is subject to your judgment.

LOUNE is actually quite engaging, especially in some of the other forums. Der Trihs is engaging in just about any forum except GD (and even there sometimes, depending on the topic). Both of them can at least write a coherent sentence. gonzo however is just pathetic. I actually feel sorry for him occasionally…like in the Nuclear debate when just about everyone ignores his drive by links (he still hasn’t figured out how to insert a link with a description instead of the URL, and still hasn’t figured out how to cut and paste quotes from his drive by links yet…but given another few years I’m sure it will come to him).
Well, I did give myself some wiggle room there by saying his intelligence is ‘approximately equal to pocket lint’.
