It would be in your Incoming. Your main stream only shows people in your circles.

Nevermind, I solved this by completely removing her from my contacts, and then re-adding her. Don’t know why that fixed it, but it did.
I’ve never even heard of this outside of SDMB, but I’m interested now!

I just tried (before I saw your post) and it wouldn’t let me- I guess Google + recognised the previous invite.
Everybody using + please try to convince me I should want one. I have facebook and twitter, but I don’t actually use them - I just like to see what relatives and other people are up to.
