Grimm Season 2

I might just be on to something.

Eric will have him revived once he’s back in Austria.

I was knitting and looked down at the wrong moment – what did it say?

Or the gang rescues him and has to keep him locked up till he reaches the stage where they can use that bad-ass triple needle hypodermic on him.

“To be continued…”

And then something like “Oh come on. You knew this was going to happen!”
Yeah I thought Nick was kind of stupid for going up against Baron Samedi unarmed. I didn’t consider that it might be all part of the plan.

If it was part of ‘a’ plan - you would have thought that he would have let the rest of the gang in on it.

Poor Juliette - she should have picked an easier mission as her first - you know, like the one up against the rat violinist or something - raging zombies and voodoo is not good as a ‘first mission’.

I think Nick would have been prepared on how to counter act the voodoo moojoo, but we have no on-screen indication that he was prepared - which is stupid on his part - his falling into the ‘trap’ in hot pursuit does not bother me in the least.

Another case where I’m going, why the hell isn’t he wearing a face mask?

When Nick gave Rosalee the key, she went and hid it in a secret panel in the floor that contained a passport and a stack of cash. Was nobody else wondering why Rosalee has a secret panel in the floor with a passport and a stack of cash?

A non-US passport, at that.

I’m thinking that at various times wesen have been the subject of purges and such. It’s pretty classic for ‘outsiders’ in a community to have a stash in case they have to grab and go.

I’m pretty sure he was kidnapped so that Eric could get the key from him. I’m guessing the plan is to fly Nick back to the castle, give him the antidote, and then interrogate him to find the key.

I’m a little surprised Nick’s mother didn’t show up.

She’s a prepper, and that’s her go stash.
I’m surprised they bothered to give Nick superpowers in that one episode in the middle of the season, then never ever even mention them again. I kept expecting him to bust out his radar senses and beat Baron Pufferfish somehow, but nope, just toxin to the face and “see you next year lulz you can’t be mad about a cliffhanger because we put a joke here”

As was I, like we were in the blindness episode. Geez, all the equipment collected over the centuries and stored in the trailer, and THIS Grimm can’t be assed to come up with any on his own, like a freakin’ diving mask or goggles.
