Grimm, Season 3

That’s why I refer to her by her real name, Cousin Oliver.

Liked this season finale much more than last year’s – lots of plotlines I’m genuinely curious to find the outcome of. I was genuinely shocked when the captain got shot, and, believe it or not, didn’t realize what Adalind’s spell was going to do.

Plus a big ol’ “awwwww” for the wedding – liked that Hank gave the bride away.

And whoa, Wu is going to find out about wesen next year?

Well the point was that you want super baby to have a good upbringing so she doesn’t screw up the world when she’s older. Letting Adalind raise her would be a huge mistake.

Maybe. But look at the havoc she caused thinking the royals have the baby.

As for the rest, I said it before, and I’ll say it again, I’m positive Theresa/Trubel was brought in so that she can have her powers transferred to Nick. That being said, I too was shocked at the captain getting shot. And so many times too.

Mebbe so, but it’d be nice to have Truble use the machete on Adalind a la the Fed before she gives the powers up.

I think Adalind was flying to Austria to pick up her baby since she thinks Viktor has her. But yeah, Adailnd has to go. If I were Nick I’d kill on sight.

I’m thinking the next season will start with Nick trying out being normal. He always wanted to know, now he’ll have his chance. I’m guessing it will take about three episodes before he decides he wants his powers back.

Given the historic trend of the previous seasons, Nick will have his powers back within the first 15 minutes of the season premier.

I let out an audible when the fed lost his head - twas perfectly executed.

 You’ve got an excellent point. I’m thinking though that Renard will miraculously recover from his multiple gunshot wounds in the first 15 minutes while Nick toys with the idea of being normal.

And I’m a little surprised they’re dragging Sgt. Wu back into the vesen world. I thought that story plot was over and done with. Although until the Aswang episode I was positive that Wu was a vesen. I’m so glad I was wrong that the writers aren’t that predictable.

I’d be really psyched if they left Nick normal for a lengthy stretch of episodes, like seven or eight or more. It would be an interesting twist on the show’s formula. Trubel could do the actual Grimm work while he advised her (and enjoyed not having to look at people who turn into monsters for a change). They could bring back the son of that old Grimm who was on the show for two seconds if they felt like it. But Nobody is probably right. Three episodes is probably about as long as they’re willing to let the star of the show not actually embody the title of the show.

Does it bother anyone else that Trouble has a nice guest room to stay in? Given the Nick had to sleep on the couch that whole season when Juliette had amnesia and all…

Good catch. This show is usually pretty tight that way.

I’m glad Adalind is on a plane going away.

Can a Grimm transfer their powers to a non-Grimm? I dunno. I want Nick to get his powers back, but Truble will probably be a fine Grimm when she calms down and gets resocialized to normal human levels.

I expected Wu to eventually figure things out. Poor guy deserves it. Of course, he could keep it to himself and think Nick et. al. are a bunch of psycho devil worshipers and plot against them. Poor Wu. He just needs to smoke more pot.
