Grimm

I even said out loud, “Ninja cat!”

I thought of that video too, but if it’s a joke, I’d imagine that it was more likely inspired by that Dr Who episode with the moving statues since that’s better known.
Am I the only one who hopes this refused marriage proposal means we’ll see less Juliette? I don’t like her. She bores me. I doubt she’s supernatural, but she’ll still manage to be boring even if she is.

This was a good episode. I mean, they seemed to have developed a story arc halfway through the season, but at least they have one.

Having being a Hexenbiest being a possession allows the writers to keep the character of Adalind Schade around. It will be interesting to see what she does next. Maybe she’ll team up with dragon lady to wreak vengeance on Nick :D. Or maybe she’ll turn good.

“What are you eating?”
“Fiber.”

I wonder if/when Wu’s going to put together what happened to him and stumble across Nick’s secret.

My guess is she’ll show up in the last episode and tell Nick that Renard is a fairy tale creature and has been the bad guy all along. I’ll bet she’s pretty pissed at him for kicking her to the curb now that she’s no longer useful, and she’ll be hoping that Renard and Nick kill each other.

Apparently Adalind is coming back in the finale.

Next week looks exciting!

I like what the show has turned into, I was skeptical at first but it’s really come into its own.

I LOVE that Monroe has a partner in crime (and hopefully girlfriend) and can now have another person/wessen to bounce things off of. Plus the actress is stunningly beautiful.

I think it’s stupid the Nick doesn’t just tell Juliet and agree that it’s a stupid TV thing that they drag out cuz they feel they have to.

Very excited for the next couple weeks

I’ve been enjoying the show, but it seems like when it comes to an overall story-arc the writers haven’t really come up with one.

First it seems like the captain wants to recruit Nick to his organization and kills his aunt so she can’t tell him about it. Then the Queen bee says something big is coming for Nick. Now he has a key the Captain wants.

I think that the writers need a little more focus. Other than that, I think the show’s great.

It’s not as though they just made up the key. Nick didn’t just stumble upon it in the trailer. It was there from the beginning. His aunt told him to guard it with his life. It was important, but people just forgot about it.

Yeah it was brought up before, I just think the timing is off that they’re bringing it up again now instead of sooner, or not giving little reminders.

But on the other hand there have been some weeks where Grimm hasn’t been shown, and maybe if they all ran back to back without interruption it wouldn’t seem like an eternity that they waited to reintroduce the key.

For a moment when the train roared through, just before Nick entered the trailer, I thought the ex-hexenbiest was going to commit suicide by walking in front of the train. She has that kind of empty, lost look.

Yeah, me too.

At least the flashed back to it. Just imagine how lost most of us (me included) would be if they just left it asis

I don’t think she’ll turn into an unabashed Good Guy, but yeah, I see her having some (possibly ambiguous) interaction with Nick and co. into the future. Maybe a character rather like Lindsay on Angel: formerly under the antagonists’ employ, disillusioned, cast out, nevertheless harboring resentment toward the protagonist. And a lawyer!

Further, I don’t think the particular method of Nick’s ploy — kissing her — was an accident; I predict some tension there.

“Now you’re just another pretty girl…”

Hubba hubba.

Ha I thought of that too.

“Oh no now she has to go through life pretty? how terrible”

I’m worried the writers will think it’s a good idea to put the Hexenbiest spirit into Juliette.

Bree Turner gets promoted to series regular for season 2

Awesome–she’s a great addition.

Agree 10,000%

Not only is she wonderfully easy on the eyes, but her character is a great addition to the show
