Never a happy thing to hear, but better than never knowing, or moving into one of those threads where people forlornly @ you to only hear the faint humming of a PC.
Strangely for me, I always associate her with her perky cat avatar (sadly they never participated in the cat avatar thread!) - which always made them feel sassy and snippy, which was 100% appropriate for how they could cut people in the occasional Pit thread.
May all who know them find peace.

I don’t know that I ever interacted with her, but having been around here since 2000, I did read a lot of her posts over the years. I knew she’d had health issues but I didn’t know the details - I feel sad for her family and friends.
This thread got me to thinking about Dopers who I’d actually met and who are now gone - it’s sobering. Our community is poorer for losing her.
