what a terrible shock, I’m so sorry to hear this. We will miss you, Guin.
I’m glad there will be no more seizures.

Oh no, my condolences to her friends and family.
She was an institution here.
Oh no!! She wasn’t very old was she? I got the feeling she was in her 40s like me.
She definitely has always been a presence on this board. She will be missed
Yes, she was in her 40s. Somehwere I read only 44.
Dang, another long timer gone. RIP Guin.
I’m sorry to hear that. She was indeed a mainstay of these boards for many, many years. My condolences go out to her family and friends.
Damn, how sad. I sure appreciated greatly her participation. Peace and condolences to those close to her.
Goodbye, Guin.
Another stalwort gone.
Awful news. This really hurts.
I’m sorry to read this. May her memory be eternal.
Farewell; say hello to QED and Tubadiva if you happen to see them.
Oh hell. Sad news. I thought of her just the other day. I enjoyed her posts and she helped make this place what it is.
I met her in Pittsburgh at a small Dopefest gathering many moons ago, the other notable Doper I remember from that one was Siege. I loved her writing and her discussions were interesting. It was close to the time I attended Gettysdope with Weirddave, Airman Doors, and a handful of others including Opal. Mourning for the loss.
I didn’t recognise the username, but looking her up I at once recognised the Marie avatar and remembered all those posts. She will be missed.
With her looking on, I hope that the Pens have a nice playoff run .
RIP Guin.
She will be missed.
Wow I’m shocked. I just saw her post something a couple days ago. That is awful, she’ll definitely be missed.
Very sad news!
And @av8rmike , I’m so sorry about the loss of your friend.
I definitely will miss her Pittsburgh boosterism, especially come NHL playoff times. A few years back when I had a quick swing through the city, I ate at Primanti’s in the strip district and couldn’t help but think of her. If I didn’t learn of that place from her here (I feel like I did, way, way back when), I do associate it with her. I had never met her or PMed her, but she has always been one of the first posters I think of when I think of this place. I also knew her to be around my age, which makes this even more heart-wrenching.
