Awww, thank you guys, so much! Johnny, you’re just the bestest. We miss you down here – you simply must come back for a visit sometime soon (like June 27th! ;)). Rick, you’re too kind – thank you. We’re long overdue for a dopefest, huh? Rico, we’re working on catching up to you and Kathy. We would love to get together with you guys soon, but poor Thomas is still working weekends – they can’t find anyone who’s interested in taking the swing shift position, since it requires mandatory weekends, as well. Ugh. We will have to make some plans, though, for sure. dantheman, Cajun Man, mistee & Scout (we’d love to see you again, too!), thank you!
We are so blessed. We were saying last night that sometimes we can’t believe 2 years have gone by already because we still feel like newlyweds, yet sometimes it feels like 5 or more years because it seems like we’ve just always been together, as it was meant to be. He is the best husband in the world. He fills my life with so much joy, some days I think I’m going to burst from it. He constantly makes me smile and laugh. He’s thoughtful and kind and romantic and cuddly. He is my best friend and every moment I get to be in his company is an absolute pleasure.
So Happy Anniversary, honey, and thank you for all you do for me and all you bring to my life. I love you with all my heart.

Rico, as Shayna writes, my job is not treating me very well these days, so time has been limited. We will have to meet up and catch up, though. Rick, I think we shook hands at the King’s Head ? We’ll have to do that again. dantheman, Cajun Man, mistee & Scout - same goes for you! I feel like getting the calendar out and booking a table right now.
As for my sweet flower, what can I say ? I’m a lucky man to have found someone willing to put up with me, to support me while I got my bearings in a foreign land, to stand by me when I didn’t think I was ever going to find employment in an overcrowded field and who accepts my weird schedule with the best of humour. And who likes to cuddle.
It felt so right back then, and it still does.

Do you get the feeling these two really like each other? Having spent time with them, it’s easy to see why. Spiny Norman is smart, funny, kind, and gosh darnit, has a to-die-for accent. And Shayna, well she’s been my closest friend for eight years and she’s a wonderful girl. It’s always nice when too really great people fall in love and choose to spend their lives together. I was happy to see that happen for them and I wish them many more years of happiness.
Happy Anniversary Jill and Thomas! I consider myself very blessed to count you as friends. And since it hasn’t been mentioned yet, I’d also like to also wish Jill a very Happy Birthday!
BTW, Legolamb and I had a wonderful time with y’all last month. I know y’all have probably done the tourist thing a million times already so I appreciate you doing it again (even if Thomas didn’t warn me about certain scary things at Universal Studios).

I love you both, and I am so happy that YOU are so happy…no two people ever deserved it more than you all do. I wish I could be celebrating it with you this year like I did last year, but I’m sure you’ll manage to do just fine without me.
