Happy Chanukah Everyone

Thanks!

I’ve been told it might not be completely kosher, since the shamus is below, rather than above, the other candles. But I love it, and don’t care.

It looks really cool. Kind of Treeish.

Beautiful!

FWIW, I have a photo blog on Blogger that’s probably not the highest res but fine for my family/friends who don’t use Facebook, and I can link photos to here just fine.

that is a beautiful hanukkia!

thank you to all who posted light in this dark time. very soothing to the soul.

One Two for the road. Shabbat shalom, everyone. May you be enveloped in peace tomorrow, this weekend, and throughout the week.

Shalom and blessings in abundance to you also.

Here is the one I’ve been trying to post:

Thanks to my son and to ThelmaLou

Beautiful. All that light, just when we need it.

Let’s see if I can manage to do this right:

Not the fanciest, and in my rather utilitarian kitchen, but I feel like there’s an aura of family with using an heirloom.

It’s interesting just how many forms menorahs take, isn’t it?

Wow! Both of those are gorgeous!

Here is another one. The shamus started to melt and leaned over. For a while its flame merged with the other one. Then enough burned off that what was left was straight and finished in the usual way.
