Hard Boiled Eggs: What else can I do with them?

One word: Trebuchet.

Even simpler:
Mix the yolks with some salt, mayo and about a capful or two of apple cider vinegar per dozen eggs. Dust with paprika.

I love 'em with Penzey’s Sandwich Sprinkle. A whole slew of typical spices, including salt. Nom nom nom.

Definitely do deviled eggs too. Mmm, I should make some of those soon.
