Have you ever seen a grown man naked?

“…Someone fed me a bowl of soup, and some bread. The days slipped into weeks. Then one day, when I was helping out in Pre-Teen Maternity during their semi-annual Lincoln’s Birthday Sale, I heard they were looking for a new jingle. So I got a guitar, and wrote down a tune that had been creeping and crawling around in my head. It went something like this…”

*Are you lonesome tonight, is your kitchen a sight
Is your wardrobe all rundown and bare
Is your lipstick all smeared, are your stockings not sheer
Do they make your legs show all your hair

Do the tears on your pillow roll down as you turn
Do they short out the blanket and make the sheets burn
Is your heart filled with pain, will you come back again
Shop at Macy’s and love me tonight.*

Wait where is this from? I don’t remember this part in Airplane and I know Airplane

This is fantastic. Please tell me you did this from memory

Airplane II: The Sequel

I don’t know if anyone posted this here but someone taught their budgie quotes from airplane and it’s awesome, especially the “what’s a parakeet” bit.

“I have to go to the airport. There’s juice in the fridge. You can let yourself out the back.”

:: whinny ::

“Dump every light we have on the runway!”

Don’t you start up with your White Zone shit again, Betty.

No, I’ve been nervous lots of times.

Ohhhhh okay, that makes sense.

I am ashamed to say I did. I have seen Top Secret! at least a dozen times, and memorized most of the dialogue.

Chocolat Mousse

My lasting memory of Top Secret was the crew sneaking up to the enemy camp, Val Kilmer turns around and “shushes” the crowd, then they continue walking, but the audio of the ground/leaves underneath them was cut out

An underrated ZAZ movie

“Latrine!!”

I liked that the East German Big Bad Guy had a rubber stamp that read, in English, Find them and kill them.

This is not Mel Torme!

Well, I have this pamphlet on Jewish sports heroes…

Ah yes, I remember. I had lasagna.

I enjoyed the singing of the national anthem by the East German women’s Olympic team (which was bodybuilders in drag).

*Hail, hail, East Germany,
Land of wine and grape.
Land where you will seriously regret
Any attempt to escape.

No matter if you tunnel under the wall
Or take a running jump.
Forget it. The guards will kill you
If the electrified fence doesn’t first.*

Shodan

So where is the ZAZ blu-ray huh?

If I could get both Hot Shots, and Top Secret in one disk I would be a happy camper (hell throw Airplane 2 in there even tho it’s not exactly them)
