Hey! Burger King has cheesecake!

And it ain’t half bad for fast food!

I got my lunch from the nearby food court and while waiting to pay (the registers are in a central location away from the restaurant counters), I spied a sign about Vanilla Bean Cheesecake: $1.49. I look down in the refrigerator where the desserts are and there they are - a bunch of individually boxed cheesecake slices, each with a Burger King logo. I decided to try one. They’re not as good as a bakery cheesecake or even Sara Lee but they’re not bad.

Jack-in-the-Box has them, too, though it may be a different brand. They are a lot better than you’d expect.

I have a Burger King about fifty yards from my apartment and could really go for some cheesecake right about now. Not to mention a double whopper with bacon and cheese.

I wonder if I call them and tell them my sob story, if they’ll deliver? I am so tired of sandwiches and frozen pizza. :frowning:

MacDonald’s has cheesecake too.

That’s in Japan. On this side of the world, the only McDonald’s that have cheesecake are the upscale versions they’re trying out.
