It’s back on!
A drug dealer collapses during a sale.
Medical intervention to follow.
Loved this episode, dealing with fraternity and betrayal. I’ll leave it at that for now, until everyone’s seen the show. Thought it was well done, and a sad but just ending.
What, in the conversation with that women, triggered House to figure out the correct diagnosis?
I think it was her boobies…
(other than that, something about things being hidden or disguised I think)
I am so glad I stayed away from the previews for this episode.
The scene in the restaurant was just…marvelous.
And where did Wilson get the ring so suddenly? Does he just have proposal rings lying around?
Anyone else notice the POTW was Ethan Embry?
So many sweet and hilarious moments with House and Wilson.
And a sad and very logical ending.
“I NEED THE DRUGS!!!..It works for Jack Bauer.”
That might be my favorite House ever. Several laugh out loud moments.
I’m guessing it was for Amber…
If so, that was very sad. On the other hand (and there are three other hands), he has three ex-wives, so maybe he has a couple of wedding rings lying around doing nothing. I guess it would have had to be a man-sized ring on the chance that House would call his bluff and accept, so I guess it wouldn’t be for Amber. Wilson didn’t wear a ring when he was married to Julie, but he might have with Bonnie or the unnamed Mrs. Wilson #1.
Or he could have gotten it out of a vending machine.
Robert Sean Leonard singing! Marvelous!!!
You can buy a wedding ring at WalMart for $15.
Great episode. Laughed out loud a couple of times; and teared up a couple of times… What’s better than that?
We finally had to look up who was playing the girl since she was SO familiar but couldn’t place her.
We were astounded we didn’t recognize Caitlin Todd (NCIS) :smack:
I don’t know who that is. But he looks a little bit like a younger Zeljko Ivanek.
Did no one but me go WTF at Chase’s hair? I didn’t even recognize him for a few minutes. I can’t say I ‘don’t’ like it, but my God, he had the most beautiful hair on TV for years. I mourn the hair.
Now, I totally missed the ending, I got to the part where the patient was told he had whatever-syndrome and was basically going to die. And then we had a minor crisis here, so I missed the ending - he died, I assume, but what about his friend? Did the police make a successful drug bust at the end?
Ethan Embry was in Empire Records, Can’t Hardly Wait, was Rusty in Vegas Vacation, and in multiple failed TV shows.
Yes, and the friend got arrested too. The patient did his duty even as he died.
I know! She came on screen and I thought, “Hmm, she looks kinda familiar.” And then she spoke, and I recognized the voice - Kate! The blonde hair threw me off, but it didn’t stop my husband and me from referring to her as Kate throughout the episode. I wish they’d make her an occasionally-recurring character.
And my favorite part about Wilson singing “One” was DEFINITELY the "ba-da-da-da-da-da"s and the hands. Hilarious!
House asked him “Did Cameron get your hair in the divorce settlement?”
But my favorite Houeism was “We’re two white tigers away from being a Vegas magic act.”
Also the gay friend in Sweet Home Alabama and the nameless bassist in that thing you do!
