…and House is none too pleased that Wilson is spending time with her. House will take his usual unhealthy interest in the pairing.
Also, I think this is the last episode they were able to shoot before the strike occurred. Filming may resume some time this week, but that means we’ll be waiting a while before we see new eps.
Oh cool, I thought that because they gave us an episode on Sunday that we’d just get a re-run tonight so they can stretch their dwindling supply of House episodes a few more weeks.
House will not be treating CTB AKA Amber to well methinks, but this is a lame story arc because they’ll never break up the House/Wilson vibe. It’s too key.
I think House is playing both of them, after letting CTB know that he is on to her. I don’t believe her “love and respect” spin one bit.
I really hate her. I don’t even see her as attractive–although she does have nice legs. Her face just looks weaselly to me. I think Wilson will get hurt–what Cuddy said about CTB to Wilson is true, true, true…
Pretty decent episode all in all. Lots of Wilson, which is good, but CTB referring to him as Wilson is weird. I know that the story was supposed to be that nobody changes and that House is fine with the relationship because CTB didn’t change, she’s always wanted what Wilson is giving her so that eliminates the threat to House via harm to Wilson, but her referring to him as Wilson totally negated that point. She’d call him Robert or Bob, especially since she made a point of referring to House as Greg. Glaring mistake on the writers part in trying to sell that sincerity but blowing the name.
Even though she wasn’t in the episode Cameron wasn’t really fired, right?
Sorry, asked this in the other thread, but maybe people have switched over to this one: Anyone know what happened to Old Guy? I thought House said he’d give him a position, just wouldn’t be able to call him a doctor. Did something else specific happen that I missed? Is there the possibility of Old Guy coming back?
She does have legs that go up to Canada. My wife has a theory that guys like crazy women. My corollary is that guys go for interesting and attractive women who may have negative personality traits we put up with because, well, they have pretty faces, large bosoms, or legs that go clear up to Canada.
All of the above, in Wife’s case (doesn’t look 54). Moments when she seems as crazy as a shithouse rat, but one must make allowances. I’m not perfect, either.
Don’t know why they didn’t jump on Addison’s right away, since it’s more common than the other bad guesses. And kidneys fetching loose like that is common enough, in a “most doctors see this once in a lifetime” sorta way.
But yeah, CB is more than appealing in a “most guys will screw anyone who lets them, but prefer a certain morphotype” way. Me, I was conditioned to prefer the tall, leggy, sorta scary, Northern European look CB embodies. Married a tall, leggy, Celt, but I’m flexible.
I missed most of the first part of the season, figuring I’d catch up during the reruns. What’s the name of the pretty, but boring, woman House kept? Couldn’t understand why he did, except she’s Cameron with more, but not enough, personality. Taub and Raj were understandable, except I thought Kal Penn had enough of a movie career to be an early kill. Love that guy; he’s as shallow as I am.
I had to work tonight but I caught a few minutes. I liked how House was going over CTB’s personality flaws to Wilson and then said “Oh my god, you’re dating me!”.
She’s called “Thirteen” because when House hired his original 40 candidates, he gave them all numbered tags to hang around their necks and hers said 13. As far as I know, her real name hasn’t been revealed. Even her fellow doctors still refer to her as Thirteen.
Wilson’s name is James, but other than that, I agree with you. I was waiting to see if she’d call him James or Jim or Jimmy and then “Wilson” came out of her mouth. Blech.
