Whoo! Next week the serious bumping starts, and it’ll last through the New Year…
Change of plans for me. No California, no business trip (Hell, no business anymore, probably). So I may make it either time.
I’ll keep an eye here for the details.
Several of the people who were present last January have checked in. But where’s Cessandra and Sealemon? I know they visit this board less than they used to but this is the perfect excuse to rope them back in. And didn’t Three Bunny Mama say she is from the Houston area? And how about Zyada and the rest of the Dallas crowd?

I am sooooo sorry, y’all. I just saw this thread, as did Maidenunicorn. We just got in from Dallas area, where we had a great time with Chef Troy, Balance, Psiekier <hi, Pete!;)>, Zyada, JimB, and Cheffie’s son. And, Chef Troy, my dear. You lived up to your rep, and are even better looking in person. And the rest of you can just wonder what we mean by that. 
Count us in, just let us know when and where. Maidenunicorn said we’d get a hotel if need be nearby, since she lives in Baytown, and I live over in San Antone. And, she’s working on getting lurkernomore to come as well. <Hehehehe…now he’ll have to come!>
I get to meet Purplebear, Maidenunicorn, lurkernomore and Mamapotomus ???!!! Plus getting to see everyone else again ? WooHoo !! I’m doing the happy happy joy joy dance now ! I can’t wait. ! (Purple, please tell me there are pictures of Cheffy ! )

Hey everyone, sorry it took so long to post. I’m speaking for both Sealemon and myself. Maybe this time we can meet
later than six on a weekend (Seale has a weird schedule) so we won’t be so late.
Are we trying to meet this month or in January? 
Based on past experience, we’ll need all of this month to arrange a meeting in January.
I’ll be in town the 15th to the 30th of January.
Since the best I can tell I’m the only dopper on the far side (aka United Arab Emirates) and am getting tired of having one person dopefests, and the fact that I will be returning to the civilized (well sorta) world on or about the 15 of Jan. It might be possible for me to be there. Besides rummor has it that PB and I will have to come up for air and nourishment once and awhile 
The 15th is a Monday, the weekends in the latter half of January are Friday the 19th and Friday the 26th.

Hey what do you want, it was a sportsbar/open air seafood place. That was last January too. We meet in different places.
We need to find a place where we can hear one another speak, I hate yelling to be heard (shut up LIONsob ! ) and
there needs to be food to pacify those of us (ok, me) who are not allowed to drink for health reasons 
We may also be visited by the esteemed MrBear too ? Be still my little heart !

I am tentatively scheduled to depart the UAE on the 14 of Jan, which would make my arrival in San Antonio on the 14 or 15, and since I don’t have a job I will be available on the weekend of 19 and 26 (the 26 would be the better weekend financially for me). I can’t speak for PB (without getting into trouble that is) so well have to wait until she posts here again. Hope this clears up any confusion.
