I got 21.69625% - Geek. It’s actually lower than I thought, but I had to skip a lot of the Star Trek, gaming things. Not a geek in that way, I guess!
25.83826%. “Total” geek and may I say the verbal descriptors seem a little grade-inflated. But then again that itself may be part of geekness.
And yes, moi, I thought odd that RD and specially Dr. Who weren’t there (I would be in for sure on those). Also the underrepresentation of Anime, really inexcusable although it’s probably subsumed in other categories (there are some questions relevant to cosplay) and the lack of references to most of written SF (e.g. something like “do you know what was the Butlerian Jihad” would have scored me points), overwhelmed instead by ST/SW.
(Hmmm… perhaps there’s a feeling on the part of the authors that ST/SW ARE geeky, while contemporary written SF is not?)
Hell, you should get extra points just for that username.

I think I should have gotten more points for my extensive collections of Transformers, Superhero, and Star Wars toys, though. Some more specific comic book questions would have bumped me up there, too (i.e. Can you… name 10 superhero teams or something like that). Coming up with my own superheroes should count for something, too.

Not bad… I think I used to be a bit geekier than I am now. Oh, the good old days…
26.0355% - Total Geek
About what I expected, seeing as how I’m not too much into games (mainly because I don’t have a fast enough computer at home to run many from 2001 on).

Not much of a geek, really, I’m surprised I scored that high. Probably had to do with my knowledge in the computer section and secondary Trek exposure.
5.71992% - Poser
I think I only checked boxes in “I know”, “I have seen”, and only two boxes in “I play”. I also checked two boxes that say I go to movies alone regularly but closed it before I could find what category it’s in.
No Pratchett questions? This test needs updating.

I never would have thought collecting snowglobes was geeky.
Can you…
Name more than 6 watchmen (and women)?
You have…
A map of Discworld on your wall
…And a map of Ankh Morpork.

Ah well…sigh.

I really don’t know whether I should be proud of this. And, to be fair, this is without any knowledge of computer stuff other than some BASIC that I learned in Geometry class and HTML. And without playing any computer games other than Minesweeper and Solitare. And without playing any videogames.
…although, looking back, considering that I met my fiance in a LARP, that my other serious SO was met in a online RP chatroom, that my favorite author is either Dostoevsky or Kage Baker (sci-fi meets SCA in some ways), and that I remember the most useless stuff, I guess this makes sense.

I thought I clicked on tons of the boxes too. Oh well, I’ll need to work harder to become a Geek God.
