You win!
I LOVE peanut butter and mayonnaise sanwiches! My dad loves peanut butter and mayonaisse sandwiches and got me hooked on them when I was 5 years old. You DO make them with a piece of iceberg lettuce, don’t you?
Nope. I, too, love pretty much everything hair metal. Unironically, too.

I love them so much my husband and the Kiddo save their “Old Maids” for me when we’re having popcorn.
Ew, the tooth crackers? What do you do with them?
So far, nobody else has liked spiced apple jam plus sour cream or yogurt as dip for salt and pepper chips, so I know there’s something I like that nobody else does.
So: how about ketchup on steamed broccoli? Lately I’ve been doing Italian dressing on my broccoli, but ketchup is yummy too.
I’m probably the only Doper who doesn’t mind if their computer crashes; even in the middle of a life or death online gaming struggle. I have an unquenchable yen for troubleshooting a broken system.
I’m also quite fond of the burnt brownish rice on the bottom of the pot. I scrape it up, pour some beef gravy on it, and praise Og for all its yummy goodness.
I’ll bet I’m the only one on this Board who really, really digs Fountains of Wayne’s “Stacy’s Mom”…because I actually banged a gal whose daughter’s name was Stacy…
I love the song, but not because of a connection like that one. I just think it’s hilarious - and an accurate potrayal of an adolescent boy.
I don’t *like *room temp water for drinking, but I’ve heard it’s better for you.
I like sausage better than bacon. (sorry :D).
Well THAT clears it all up.
I had to look it up.
Apparently it’s a potato chip with all sorts of seasonings on it.

hmm I think I’ve got another one, non-food related. Anybody else where flip flops in the middle of winter? Granted a south Texas winter is nothing compared to where a lot of you folk live, but a good norther can push the thermometer down to freezing temps and sometimes below. And I wear my chanclas year round, sometimes even in that freezing weather.
Me too. I don’t like wearing closed toed shoes. One year in high school I wore birkenstocks every single day of the year. And I’ve found that my feet get dry faster if I wear sandals.
I’ve walked barefoot in snow too, but not for very long.

I call them 'Quitters" and I’ll fight you for them!!
I like nearly any kind of diet “dark” soda (Coke, Root Beer, Dr. Pepper) with a splash of about any kind of fruit juice, plus vodka (or minus vodka if it’s too early in the day!)
I finally thought of something I could say about myself here.
I listen to a lot of BBC Radio, so I bet I’m the only fan here of at least one of the following shows:
Newsjack
The Brothers Favesham
Bleak Expectations
The Infinite Monkey Cage
If those get ruled out, I can come up with more. That’s just what’s still on my hard drive at the moment.
I bet I’m the only person on this board who likes room-temperature water for drinking.
I bet I’m the only person on this board who likes “Top of the World” by the Carpenters.
I bet I’m the only person on this board who likes sausage more than bacon.
You lose on every bet. I like all of those things. Room-temp water is easy on the stomach and teeth and is absorbed better than either hot or cold. The Carpenters rule, and sausage is much better than bacon, which is just grease and salt (sausage is, too, but neither is as apparent there).
I bet I’m the only person on this board who likes the feel of the soles of bare feet everywhere on my body. No, I don’t find feet (especially) erotic, they aren’t even beautiful. But they feel just wonderful with their warm, dry, leathery, slightly rough texture. Kinda like a gorilla hand, I suppose.[Oops].
Okay, I’m not going to scroll back through this thread to link the quotes, but…
I like both haggis and blood sausage…and not only did I know what was in it, but I’ve helped make blood sausage after butchering.
I may be the only one to adore rats…so much that at one point I had almost 50 pet rats, mostly hairless…
I like both haggis and blood sausage…
Same here. I don’t get much opportunity to get haggis, but blood sausage is common enough. My family eats the Polish type known as kiszka, but I also ate a lot of Hungarian véreshurka, as well.
I bet I’m the only person on this board who likes sausage more than bacon.
Not at all. I’m pretty sure I’ve mentioned the preference of sausage over bacon on this board but, as delicious as bacon is, I just don’t get the overdone affection for it. It’s good. It’s salty cured meat. There are a number of different ways to prepare it, but it’s all basically the same. Sausage has so much more variety. I would gladly and easily give up bacon for the rest of my life for sausage, but never the other way around. As it is, I eat bacon maybe once a month, more like once every two months. I eat some type of sausage, on average, probably three times a week.
I suspect this is sacrilege, but I loved the American version of Shall We Dance?. Better than the Japanese original, because it was more applicable to my culture.
