I for one don’t think he should have freaked out and started screaming about bioweapons or whatever. I just know that if I got squirted in the face like that, I’d be pretty annoyed and frowning instead of smiling and laughing.
I think spraying people with water is inherently funny. I think it’s funnier if they get upset about it. I think the funny bit is when they go “You’re a… you’re a jerk! A jerk! You’re a jerk, you… jerk!”
That, to me, is high comedy. Particularly if it’s old hamster face himself.
