I don't quite get today's "Questionable Content" strip

I can understand her not really caring about Marten’s personal angst. But she’s walking away with a look like she’s pleased with herself. A more common reaction to a situation like that would be to look embarrassed or sympathetic or annoyed.

On that note, check out this Out There storyline that starts here.

(Actually, I highly recommend going back and reading that whole webcomic from the beginning. It’s one of the best ones out there, IMHO.)

But not if you genuinely don’t give a fuck.

Dammit, and I have another webcomic’s archives all queued up for me to read when I get home too.

Padme’s question was answered - there wasn’t anything wrong with his coffee. She’s been shown to be completely oblivious to pretty much everything in the past. She’s also amazingly blunt - so ulterior motives are extremely unlikely.

I love Padma.

For those who are wondering, the morse Hannelore (er) emits in today’s comic simply says

SINCERELY,MARTEN

OK, geek that I am, I was wondering. It seemed far too brief to be a transcription of what Marten had said. Thanks!

I wonder if Clinton’s hand has wireless sensory feedback.

Somehow I don’t think things are going to work out too well for Tai…

Interesting that Jeph Jacques and Randy Milholland are doing simultaneous topless women strips (no pun intended). I wonder if it was co-ordinated or just a coincidence?

A star tattoo across her elbow? I can’t see how that’d be a good place to have one, though at least the design looks simple. It’d look scary with winter-weather skin though. (My elbows always get especially lizardy in winter.)

That’s not a star tattoo. This is a star tattoo.

Is that the Linux robot with the neck-beard?

That’s not a star tattoo.

Thus: http://www.treadingground.com/?p=990 (Comic NSFW)

Apparently so. Dude got a robotomy.

You know, I’m generally pro-tattoo, but I have yet to see one of those elbow-star things (usually a spiderweb) that looked good on anyone. Ever.

I suppose I could have missed one in the midst of a full sleeve, but barring that . . .

Most people get more tattoos as they go along. Tai keeps losing hers.

Marten’s “happy as long as it’s hot and relatively brown-colored.”

There’s foreshadowing for you.

Yeah, that definitely read like “Do you see anything in this panel that fits that description?”

Yeah, but he’d have to convince Padme(?) that he and Steve aren’t…you know…

What is this look she’s giving him. Angry, mortified, shocked … what? And what’s with the hands together at the end.
