I just wanted to point out that I’ve been with this thread since the first page. The rest of you threadkillers-come-lately can just go play somewhere else!
Of course the joke doesn’t work so well since most of the rest of you jokers have also been trying to kill this off since page 1 also …
Ok…general apologies to all long-time players who were not included in my list. I just scrolled through the displayed page and found everyone whos name appeared a few times.
Besides, it’s really a moot point if you pay attention to the last line of my post.

Inspired by harmless’ comment, and in honor of the passing of Friends:
AP Entertainment News – Sad news from the world of message boards – Hal Briston, one of the stars of the smash SDMB hit I Haven’t Killed A Thread All Month announced that the thread was coming to a close.
“It is with heavy heart that I regretfully announce the end of I Haven’t Killed A Thread All Month”, Briston was quoted as saying today. “We’ve had a fantastic run, but seven pages is enough. To try and push it for an eighth page just seems like too much at this stage”.
Thread creator Danalan was falsely quoted as confirming the cancellation, noting “It’s been a tremendous honor to have created this wonderful thread with such an amazing lifespan. The cast was wonderful to work with. I’m really going to miss the camaraderie.”
This long-running thread, winner of 12 Dopey Awards, will present it’s series finale in Post #350. Viewers are debating how some of the threads long-running topics will be resolved. Will nocturnal_tick be able to overcome his ellipsis addiction? Will Lando finally be able to look past harmless’ undead nature and express his true feelings? Will kittenlm finally force Hal Briston to sleep on the Evil Guest Bed Of Paaaain? And what will become of the wacky neighbor, Rufus Xavier?
“Damned if I know”, said an anonymous producer. “I just want to get this the hell over with and get back to having a life”.
Danalan, in a moment of candor, was later misquoted as blaming the cancellation on some of the boards more vocal posters. “Well cripes, how long was this thing supposed to go on? Do you have any idea of the salary demands those bastards were making? A million bucks a post, my ass.”
Producers are already looking towards the future, however. Cast member Ponder Stibbons is already in negotiations to star in a spin-off thread, tentatively titled Pondering A Threadkilling Contest.
It’s not so much the undeadness that bothers me as it is the stench of decay associated with it.
