I don’t much care for the feel of softballs under-skin. Fuck some fake boobs. I think they are an absolute travesty and I hate them. They look fake, they feel fake and in many cases they just look distracting.
My personal experience (so far as I know, that is) has been examining documentary evidence on-line. Based on that, I enjoy looking at them, if the overall effect is reasonably balanced; however, I have also seen some examples of women who have lost considerable weight, and I can say that that’s not such a good look for them.
I like real better, but there are some nice fake ones. It’s risky going under the knife though, I wouldn’t suggest it.
I have never dated a women with implants so no real world experience but based on pics and videos they look kind of uncomfortable. Natural breasts generally look much nicer to me.
If I’d want to play with plastic, I’d buy a barbie doll. The best ones look like they’e to firm to be real…until you touch them :). In any case, I’d rather have no tits to speak of, than fake ones.
My preference for small bosoms is on record, I think, so obviously I prefer the real ones. And even if I didn’t (for I can think of some larger bosoms I find lovely), bosoms I can easily spot as fake always strike me as ugly as well.

Most men can’t, and they say they prefer real ones because they are comparing obvious bad boob jobs against real breasts and good boob jobs.
I prefer the real thing.
I dislike fake breasts for a very simple reason. If a woman feels the need to get elective surgery just because she’s unhappy with the size, chances are she’s too superficial to be of much interest to me. To this end, I certainly understand a woman who has naturally uneven breasts, breast cancer, injuries, or something else where, if it were any other body part, one would also likely get some corrective surgery. But if she looks perfectly normal and just wants larger or firmer breasts… nope. And I feel the same way about any elective surgery, face lifts, liposuction, and other sorts of implants.
Besides, I tend to find medium or even slightly smaller breasts more attractive because, really, as long as there’s enough there to appropriately…umm…enjoy, anything more is unnecessary and it just leads to other problems like back problems or clothing issues or objectification and poor treatment from breast-fixated men.
I prefer uncovered breasts to covered ones. (but covered ones are pretty freaking awesome!)

Yeah, I don’t know if all women who get breast implants are superficial, but it’s probably a good portion. I just don’t understand the reasoning myself. I care less about breast size than just about anything else really, and I wonder how many other men feel the same way. “Sorry Jane. I can’t continue this relationship with you; your breasts are too small.”
