I propose we start a new thread, since this one is already bustin’ at the seams and is filled with no-longer-important details. We can start fresh when it’s time to express our delight/outrage at what’s been foisted upon us.

Haven’t gotten mine out yet either. Had a sick kid on my hands and had to stay home. But next couple of days for sure.

Okay. The stars were finally in the proper order and I finally got my package mailed out. It should be arriving in 2-3 days, UPS ground, somewhere in ILL.
I’m waiting 'til I head home this weekend to gather some more stuff to send, as I just didn’t happen to pack any white elephants for my aptartment-away-from-home.
I know there are a bunch of people that haven’t gotten anything yet, but I wanted to assure one in particular that they will be, they’ll just have to wait about one more week.
After much laziness, I sent mine out last night via FedEx… so somebody has a delivery today. I did my best, but my package isn’t nearly as cool as the one Astroboy sent.
I have a lot of useless crap. I’m just still using most of it.
Personally, I think Astroboy made up his parcel to deliberately make the rest of us look bad. I think it’s a pathetic cry for attention. I think he’s trying to buy love. And I’m not saying this just because I’m a bitter old woman. I’d have the same opinion if I was a bitter young woman.

After having wavered on which item(s) to send for two weeks (it is amazing how I can sit there and justify keeping things that I have no current use for, never really had use for, and cannot logically argue that I’m ever going to have a use for) Late Saturday night, I finally night found it. (And it still took me all of yesterday and today to convince myself that I should send it.
Anyway, it is out the door… it should be arriving in a few days.
