Ignored chores in the MMP

I’d like pepperoni, mushroom, olives, extra cheese, light on the sauce. DH wants half pepperoni, half Hawaiian.

“Half pepperoni, half Hawaiian”

That’s a Papa Murphy’s Perfect Pizza.
(The ‘reply’ thingee is borked on our computer this morning, or else I did something wrong.)

I’d like (lots of) pineapple with Canadian bacon, sausage, or pepperoni, or all three, on one.

On the other, sausage, pepperoni, salami, Canadian bacon, onions, bell peppers, and pepperoncinies. And maybe olives and/or mushrooms.

Which reminds me of something that really annoys me - If I go to a pizza places website to see what is on a particular pizza, I would like to just see a list of what’s on the flipping pizza, not have to tell them what city I’m in or pick a particular type of crust, etc.
Just tell me what’s on the different pizzas so I can pick out what I want before I start to order.
Would that be too hard? :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Back to the OP: My chores this morning were to mow the lawns and set up the folding table in the basement so Wifey could give Gibbs a haircut.

Now I needs a shower. It’s 91 die grease out there, heading for 95.

I’ll take eye-trallion snausage, please. (Though I’ve learned that can be risky to order outside the Chicago area).

We have windows!

Everything is coming along nicely, though Mrs W is in full-on second-guessing mode. “Did we pick the right color for the walls? I’m afraid they’ll be too dark.” “I’m worried I’m not going to like those cabinets.” “Maybe we should have gone with the other flooring,” etc.
I’m not sure we can make any changes now even if we wanted to, but I have no interest in doing so. I keep telling her we made good choices and it will all look great. Then again, I’m much easier to please than she is. But I’m confident she’ll love it when it’s all done. And if I’m wrong, well, there’s nothing that can’t be undone.

Lunch break is almost over on a very busy Sunday. I’m so glad school is back in. The rest of my week should be much calmer. Just need to get through these next few crazy hours.

Wisteria?

Mushrooms and lots of cheese. Thanks!

Your Domino’s doesn’t do Mix and Match?? $6.99 for delivery of med 2-topping pizza, desserts, and various other items. I’ve never paid full price there, but I’ve also never gotten delivery since we live too far away from the closest one, so I pick it up myself, so M&M starts at $5.99 each…

Yay for windows!!

We’ve had 2 houses built and I absolutely hated picking out cabinets and flooring and such. In fact, I hated having houses built - I’m happier to pick out an existing place so I know exactly what I’m getting and what I think it needs. Not that it’ll be an issue for us ever again. This house is it. Period. End of discussion. So there.

FCD is napping. I was reading and I fell asleep till Alexa reminded me to feed the dog. I’ve outsourced much of my brain to Alexa and Outlook. It makes life so much easier.

FCD is planning a trek to FL, but I won’t be going along. I can’t leave my daughter in the lurch and, frankly, I don’t want to go. He’s waiting on some paperwork from social security so he can help his brother, plus he wants to check up on his folks. That could happen later this week or maybe next week. I hate that he has to make the drive alone, but I’d hate going even more.

OK, time to return to chillage.

@purplehorseshoe

Italian sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, onion, mushroom, black olive, double sauce and double cheese.

You’re all way too kind.

I was out of an Rx med I need. I tried to order a refill online, but it said “Not available,” and while I was so sick, my brain put up a Do Not Enter sign. I called this morning, and they said, “Huh. That’s weird,” and it was ready for pickup in an hour. Problem: by then I realized I might not make it the 1 mile to the pharmacy. But my inner drill sergeant took over, and I made it OK. Only then I was queasy, so even though a grocery store is right there, everything in there made me shudder. I did get the few items on my list but have no desire to eat them. I made it all the way home just fine.

Owing to the state of my stomach, I skipped all the pizza requests.

Wheelz, nice windows! I hope Mrs. Wheelz doesn’t drive herself crazy second-guessing herself. I’m sure she considered everything when you two decided all that stuff early on. I’m sure she appreciates your even keel.

I, um, er,…don’t eat pizza.

Look, I love tomatoes but don’t like the taste of tomato paste and pepperoni and other accoutrements just don’t excite me. And yes, that makes me an rarity in this country, but I have long been a fussy eater and will be one till the day I commence decomposing.

Which doesn’t mean I ain’t rooting for shoe to serve up the best to her customers.

Wheelie, nice photo, attached garage and everything. I’m sure it will be to Mrs. W’s satisfaction once it is done.

OK, need to complete some soccer training on the computer, so take care.

FCM Wisteria? Well crap, faulty brain, is that the plant that threatens to take over the truck sometimes. I miss-remembered. Sounds like it has a y in anyway.

Howdy Y’all! We deheathenated, got back to da cave, had sammiches, and napped. Quite the full day. Chillage continues. Plus, the biiiiiiiiiiiiig trash can has been hauled all the way down to the road for pickup tomorrow.

I’ll have what Hippie’s havin’. Well, I’ll have my own one of what Hippie’s havin’. I would not take his pizza. That would not be nice.

Nellie sorry you’ve been on the sick list, but glad you’re feelin’ better.

Wheelie don’t know if you have ever built a house before, but no matter what wise and wonderful choices you make, you will always wish you had done some things differently. That’s the way of that there stuff. I’m with MOOOOOOM on the BTDT with a new house. Never again.

MetalMouse you don’t eat pizza? Why do you hate Amurrika!

VanGo funny Sam Dog stories. He sounds like one of my spirit animals. I need to mow but donwanna either, so we can donwanna mow together.

Taters hope all is OK with Polar poor fella.

Oopsie nice pic! You look like you’re havin’ fun! The pendant is cool.

He didn’t seem all that excited about it.

Yep - that’s it.

It’s been hacked back, but give it a few weeks…

There’s rumbly thunder and the clouds have thickened, so we may be rained upon again. Or not. Hard to tell. Meanwhile, chillage continues.

I would like sausage and mushrooms on my pizza please. BBQ sauce, onions, bacon and sausage on the second one. Thankyouverymuch.

You look like you’re having fun!

< I will not ask. I will not ask. I > How do you know this?

Metal Mouse I’m thinking the young person was stoned, myself.

I love bacon-wrapped filet mignon and creamed spinach with feta. Also, I swung by the corner market and bought some pirate corn. (It was a buck an ear.) I love corn-onna-cob, so we had that too. Goo’s looking pretty satisfied with her treats. (Little beggar!)

WTG Lucy! And poor Remus. Glad he’s going to be okay sari.

Skritches to Polar taters.

Funny Sam Dog stories VanGo.

(I’m sensing a theme here)

Glad you’re feeling better nellie. May you continue to improve.

I’ll have onion, mushrooms and black olives on thin crust shoe.

Nice windows wheelie!

I’m trying to recall anytime that I’ve nuked tea and can’t. At home, I just put the tea kettle on the stove and at irk, we have verrrrrry hot water dispensers.

Made it home with minimal fuss around 1500 today. Eight hours of a heated seat did wonders for my ouchie hip and back. I’m hoping that a night in my own bed will do it even better.

I only got held up once, just north of Bowling Green, KY (lesss than 75 miles from home) for an accident, but there were several places on northbound I65 that had traffic backed up for miles. It did spit rain most of the way, but only poured for a few minutes. Everything but the family picture scrapbooks has been unpacked and put away / laundered and I have a little reddish doggy asleep in my arms.

I took off tomorrow, so I’ll putter around the house, do lunch prep and pick up a couple of prescriptions and groceries.

Stay safe and healthy y’all!

I read part of an article on the disappearance of the Alaskan opilio crabs. I told the Spousal Unit, 'Well, we don’t eat opilio crabs, If we want crab, we’ll just go down to Barlean’s and get a Dungeness crab. I had to confess, ‘I’m a crab murderer.’ Wifey said, ‘You’re a good crab murderer.’

Hm… Maybe I’ll pick up a live dungee next weekend. (Hey, be fair! They’d eat us, given the opportunity!)

It is POURING!!

FIL called to talk to FCD - he’s having bad hallucinations about women in his house. For whatever stupid reason, they’ve never told his neurologist about the hallucinations. FCD told them to get to the Dr ASAP. I expect he’ll head to Fl sooner rather than later. It’s scary.

Parkinson’s sucks.

Tapped, watched the NASCAR race(bummer that Kimi Raikkonen got knocked out).
Having a Sazarac while the poke loin and potatoes bake.

sausag, mushroom, black olive.

Nice. I hope “*IiTEN 278” is a construction mark, and not a sign that your garage is gonna be a meth lab for the local Walter White.

Because he does it in front of me(if he sees the baby bunnies under a bush, he wanders over and sends in a stream.)

Yeah, but it makes it harder to make episodes of Deadliest Catch And it’s not like Sig needs another heart attack.

Shit, we don’t offer those two. (This is a small town in the Midwest; maybe ^^ is too fancy?)

What kind of olives: green or black? (Not that I consider either to be edible.)

We have pepperoni (obvs) but not salami.

We don’t have pepperoncinies, either, but we do have banana peppers. Would that be an acceptable substitute?

You can always paint over it if you (well, the royal “you” e.g. wife) just can’t live with the color. Wall paint looks different on a large surface vs a tiny swatch, and changes over the days - cloudy days vs full sunny noon vs artificial light at night.

You must be getting the BIG bags. Do you prefer plain milk chocolate, or peanut?

Yeah, but Future You will be glad you got 'em already, cuz they’ll be right there when you do finally want to eat them.

Quick, someone hand me a wet trout. I got some smackin’ to do.

Um. That’d be the FIRST person I’d tell!

"It takes all kinds to make a world. To each their own. It takes all kinds… "

OMG those poor pee-soaked baby bun-buns. Their mother must be so upset when she returns to the nest.

“What did you do?!? I turn my back for ten minutes to eat some clover, and you … !!”
“Mom, I swear, we didn’t DO anything!!”

Part of me thinks a dog that specifically likes to pee on babby bun-buns is absolutely hysterically funny, though. Yeah, imma goin’ to hell, too. Shove over in that basket, will ya?
