Okay seriously, i know you’ve gone home for the day, but this will still be here when you come back. Yes, I am a spider lover. I used to want to be an entomologist. But after many books on insects I’ve decided that an arachnologist would suit me better. Creepy crawly spiders!! YAY!! so…Bun or can i call you Mrs.Bun? Kind of a shortening term for Susie’s bunny from Calvin and Hobbes. Yeah, anways. Tommorrow (wednesday) is my DATE!! woohoo. And Mrs. Bun (i’m tired of bolding stuff) tell me stuff. Talk to me. Entomology wise. What do you do? How did you get there? College? If so how long did it take? Questions…so many questions…

arachnid, I do work in the Entomology Department at Michigan State University but I do desktop publishing. 
Sorry if that’s disappointing. I do like bugs and spiders though. This is a great department if you’re thinking of pursing entomology/arachnidology. I’m not sure if spiders are actually handled here or out of Zoology. We offer a Masters and PhD level work. If you’re interested, I can pull some stuff from the grad secretary and send it to you.
I’m doing our Department newsletter now and I’m going to push to put a picture of a Salticid (jumping spider?) on the front. One of our grad students took the picture and its just the cutest thing!
Strainger, whining? Baby, you haven’t heard whining. Today is supposed to be the hottest day Michigan has had in 5 years, so today will be my Whining Day. And we’ll visit some time when its not 113 freakin’ degrees!

I’m bored, bored, bored. I cleaned house yesterday and today. I suppose I could still clean some more but I lost my motivation. I went to the mall and bought a new workout tape, but I’m too tired to get off my butt and do it right now. I was supposed to have company tonight but it didn’t work out. Damn. So I’m bored and I’m disappointed. Bad combo.
Dissapointing?..No…what would have dissapointing was if you came back and told me it was all LIES!! LIES!!! And that you just said that to get my hopes up. Then I would have been dissapointed and never would visit any of your threads again.
And ** Persephone ** GOOD JOB!.. I like Prince of Theives alot too. But not Maid Marian, or however you spell her name. She’s too much a wuss at the end. I mean Robins getting his ass kicked, and all she does is scream and be a helpless girl. Wait, she did the candlewax thing didn’t she?..Bah.And she was such a good fighter when Robin first meets her.
So, I went on my “date”. I had so much fun. Watched Original Sin. Don’t ask about the movie. I’m so ashamed that it sucked. But I still love Angelina. The guy was a total gentleman.And then guess what he did…YES! He took me on a bike ride. I LOVED IT! No not like a bicycle ride. A motorcycle ride. Mind you this was the first time I’ve been on one. I was scared at first because he was showing me to lean when you turn. I kept thinking the bike was gonna fall over and we’d go skid and skin would be scraped off on the asphalt while I got ran over by a car. But the fear subsided after he assured me we wouldn’t do that. But i was wearing a dress for christ sakes. Imagine scraping across the ground in a dress. So, I’m off to work in a few. Dammit.
