ARGH!!! As many of you Dopers know, I’m currently looking for a new job. This means lots of fun with interviews. A couple of weeks ago, I applied with a certain company. Got called for a phone interview, and it went well. Then went in to meet with two of the people I’d be working with. (Hiring manager was out that week, so she couldn’t meet with me.) It went really well…this was the interview that ended with “Are you still interested in working here?”
Hiring manager got back, no word. I finally called THEM 10 days later, and got set up for an interview with the hiring manager today at 4:30. Get into my current job, and get a phone call from her assistant. She’s out sick today, can we reschedule for Wednesday afternoon?
ARGH!!! I just want this to be OVER WITH! Hopefully with a job offer, of course.
I’m there with ya babe. Hang in there. You know you can do it. Heck, i’m still waiting for my first interview what with all my searching AND hiring a headhunter…

Based on your credentials and the overall package that you’re offering them, you’re a shoo-in.
Don’t you huys think that, with the combined brainpower on this board, we should be able to come up with our own business which would allow all of us to sit around and post all day and not worry about work? Wait, that’s what I do already. Nevermind.
I just went through interview Hell, and I know it’s no fun. It was well worth it though, because I finally found a job that I actually enjoy. I hope the same goes for you Falc
