No. Everyone’s coming to Doperéal. 
I’d be interested in putting together a Toronto Dopefest, as I can’t make Dopereal 2. (Or is it Dopereal 3? I was at one of the previous ones…) Also, since NiagaraDope fell apart, there may be some interest in a 'fest around T.O.
I think a Toronto dopefest would be snazzy. 
We could annoy the picknickers in High Park again!

Anywhere with air conditioning. I don’t have air conditioning, and it is a precious, marvellous, blessed thing.
High Park was nice, though. I promise not to make anyone bellydance this time (probably) and I won’t recite poetry. Also, all I can afford right now are cheap places. How about a LibraryDope?

I’d love to go out to another Toronto Dope (the first one was a blast), but I certainly couldn’t do it anytime soon. Montreal Dope is first on my list right now, and is probably all I can manage this summer.
And, hell, since I’m here, I might as well re-post the pictures to that wonderful event, TorDope 2002!!!
I think you should plan one for the fall.
I’ve organized two TorDopes (plus a couple of small get-togethers), so I thought I’d poke my nose in here. I’m out of town for the month of August, but I’d be happy to plan something for September if there’s good interest. Or, contribute if someone else wants to do the arranging.
We should mention some other names so that they might find this thead and voice an opinion: Kwijibo/Trinity, Jack Batty (who might be up for a road trip :D), Globe-trotter, D18, Mnementh, theotherangel, mnemosyne and Eats_crayons (Chairmian on Eonwe’s link).

Y’know, September might be a good idea. It won’t be so hot that we can’t think, and it’ll give time for the SARS-phobic to re-educate themselves. And besides, Torcon III will be over.

Yes, it will be glorious. However, I’m not adverse to coming down to Toronto for a fall Dopefest… as long as Jeremy and I have someplace to stay, of course. (We’re saving up for our Big Fab Gay Wedding®!)

Yup, TDHA is still in business, although business has been slow. Actually, there wasn’t a whole lot of rabble-rousing, IIRC. A lot of tired folks, a couple of quiet beers, and some rumpled person stumbling around looking for a smoke, but not much din.
