Is there an ignore feature

Is there a feature to ignore someone…?

Go to their public profile, look for “user lists”(under username), drop down menu has ignore option.

Do as runner pat says to use the board’s inbuilt ignore feature. However, the inbuilt feature has some limitations. If you prefer a more comprehensive ignore feature, consider this Firefox add-on:

FfvB - vBulletin Management for Firefox 2.2.5

-xash
Administrator

Is there an ignore feature on the new software? If so, how does it work.

Yes, there is.

  • Go to the profile of the user you want to ignore
  • In the upper right hand corner of their profile page, you’ll see a blue button, with an icon that looks like a person, which probably says “Normal” right now. Click on that button.
  • You’ll have three options there: “Normal,” “Muted,” and “Ignored.” Choose the latter, as this will keep you from seeing any of their posts or replies.
  • It’ll then give you a range of options for how long you want to ignore them; the very last option on that list is “Forever,” which is a perma-ignore.

Or go to your Profile then Preferences tab, then look on the left-hand column for Notifications->Users and go to Users

That seems to be an even faster way – thank you, @JRDelirious!
