Does the term ‘inverted penis’ refer to an actual medical phenomenon whereby the penis sinks into the abdomen, taking the form of a concave indentation rather than a convex protuberance? Or is this just a figure of speech??
Thanks.

Hmmm… somebody needs a good sneeze.
I’ve only seen this used in reference to the male anotomy following a sex change operation… more of a description than an actual malady.
I think it’s called a vagina.
Upon Googling I do see that some mothers are scared their baby’s penis may be “inverted” but in actuality it’s just due to the presence of a large pubic fat pad around the base of the penis.
Most other references either involve porn or the Argentinian Lake Duck.

There is koro, a psychiatric syndome, usually in among men in South China. The men believe that their penis is being drawn into their body and will eventually disappear unless steps are taken.
But this is purely psychiatric and has no physical basis.
