It's Saturday...what's for lunch?

“Kosher dills” usually means they have been made with garlic, as well as being kosher.

Hit the local Mexican dive for lunch: two cheese enchiladas, beans and rice.

I had pulled some turkey meatloaf muffins from the freezer last night. Bulgur w/spices and tomatoes. Steamed zucchini w/ salsa.

Left over smoked mozzarella alfredo over angle hair (thank you Olive Garden’s Never Ending Pasta Bowl), ice tea, and sliced apple.

Lunch was PB&J (crunchy PB, raspberry J) on whole wheat with tomato soup.

I just finished dinner, which was three-cheese tortellini (store-bought) topped with olive oil, tomatoes, garlic, and basil, with garlic toast.

One Krusty Pup about 11, an onion burger and fries about 12:30 and an elephant ear at about 2. I went to the fair today.

Well, lunch was about 4oz of steak, fried in butter in a heavy skillet; and about 1/3C of Amish style macaroni salad.

The hubby and I went out for dinner. We shared an appetizer of hot crab dip (crab meat, cream cheese, finely diced onion and some spices, broiled til hot and bubbly; served with garlic toast), then shared an entree of shrimp stuffed with crab imperial, mashed potatoes and mixed grilled veggies. After we were done that, we shared a slice of chocolate cheesecake.

Yeah, I’m full now.
