I finally pulled the trigger on a new HDTV. Not looking forward to moving the old one since it is a beast and setting up the new on will be a royal PITA, but it had to be done.
Home. Blurf.
Fortunately it only rained until about 9 this morning. The show was very good, thousands and thousands of people there. This was their first time doing it, so some adjustments are to be expected, but I was pleasantly surprised that it went so well.
Now I’m home and exhausted. Heading to bed soon.

It was cool and a bit rainy overnight, but I didn’t hear the rain. I just see a big puddle in the driveway - it’s what we call a clue. I’m expecting another crab-free day just because it’s Sunday, but I suppose I might luck out - we shall see. Beyond that, no plans. Gonna wing it.
We’ve been watching Orange is the New Black on Netflix. According to FCD, it’s like Oz, only with women instead of men. I had no interest in seeing Oz, but this is pretty good. We’re about halfway thru the season.
**Sticky **- glad the show went well! There’s a big fall craft show coming up in October, but I’ve found that making stuff and taking it to the little store to sell is better than sitting in a booth for hours and being ignored by passers-by.

Went to friend’s birthday last night- maybe drank a bit too much of the punch, so woke up feeling awful and threw up- except I think I’ve actually caught a bug or something as well 'cos it’s now afternoon, I don’t feel hungover any more, but I’m throwing up everything I try and eat or drink. Bah.
Good job I didn’t have much in the way of plans today- so the day shall be spent watching cat videos in my jammies.

Irish Storyteller is still honor-bound to tell me all about seeing it in person, though.
