Wow, I’m surprised that “weedsmokah”'s post hasn’t been cornfielded. After all, it is a spammer that made just the above contentless post plus an ad in another thread. Been 12 hours, apparently nobody in the other thread has reported it. (Until now.)
My wife said the other day, “So we are we just abandoning the whole “pale skin pale hair” thing for Liv now?”
It’s odd.
So, do the latest events mean that the girl is immune to the zombie pathogen, or that Liv’s zombiosity is wearing off?
I’m going to bet that she’s immune, which will lead to a zombie cure. I’m betting there are a lot of zombies in Seattle who kinda like being zombies.
I presume Ravi will be on the case.
Took me a while to recognize Melissa O’Neil (Suki – one of the folks in the hotel room) – I am also watching Dark Matter (on Netflix) where she plays Two/Portia Lin/Rebecca
Brian
Dark Matter is from Syfy, you’re just watching reruns (sortof) on Netflix. Anyway, i recognized her as Two immediately.
I’m well aware (I also finished season two of The Magicians on Netflix even though I know season 3 has aired)
I don’t have cable so the shows are new to me.

Season over. Thoughts?
I was glad they gave Liv some agency back this season. Major has been a waste of a character and the brain he used after kidnapping her was quite a rapey thing to do.
Blaine upset over his father’s final thoughts of him and of Dad’s end? Really?
Time to wrap this show up.
Yep, and next season is its last.
I’m not quite sure what to think of this last season. So, various thoughts:
(a) The cast continues to be top notch, so the show is almost always entertaining
(b) I really really like that the show never seems afraid of change. Zombies come out into the open and there’s a whole city of them? Sure, wtf, let’s see what happens
© Whatever is going on with Ravi being a zombie one day a month never seemed to go anywhere
(d) I’m really really sick of “yes, I can cure zombie-ism, but only can make X cures. Oh, and instead of cutting this unbelievably valuable brain up into little sections and sending them out to different research institutions across the world, I’ll give all of it to my pal”.
(e) Overall, I think there was just a bit too much going on, and I started to lose track of things. For instance, who was that black Fillmore Graves guy who was sympathetic to Liv?
(f) Why did FG have an extremely French guy wearing a cape as its head of security? Was that some weird joke I missed? He just showed up one episode…
(g) Looking forward to the next season, but glad it’s not going on forever.
(h) glad they gave up on the brief and pointless experiment of having Liv look human. Was Rose McIver just sick of the makeup and wigs? Liv looks like a zombie, damn it!
I used to have a theory that at any given time, there are only 20 working Canadian actors. All of the tv shows filmed in Vancouver (of which iZombie is one) seem to use the exact same people in various combinations.
I now think it’s about 50.
That particularly annoyed me–how did Ravi know that the proper dose was One Full Brain? How did he know that it wasn’t enough for 20 treatments, or 100, or 10,000?
Hmmm…help me out.
Live has a cure for her situation. Instead of taking it, she gives to a couple in love so they can have a happy life.
This is the EXACT same plot as an episode of another show I’ve watched. Buffy? Angel? What is it??? I can not place it.
I figured it out!
Legend of the Seeker.
In that show, Richard(main guy) can not be with Kahlan(main girl) because if she touches him, he gets “possessed” in a way. They have a cure in a vial for this situation. However, in the end, they give it to a married couple so they can be together.
It may not sound identical, but is almost the exact same story.
