I think God loves them the same way he loves everyone else. Too bad hateful “Christians”* don’t get that.
*The quotes are because a true Christian would not be hateful. That’s one thing Jesus and the Bible made perfectly clear.
God secretly hates everybody. He tells different groups they’re his chosen people, then watches them war against each other. Anyone who doesn’t get involved, he strikes them with a tsunami or a volcano or a hurricane, then convinces the believers that it’s all part of his mysterious benign plan that they can’t understand.
On the other hand, maybe there is no God.
