Well, even if it were fatal, it’d be well after you tasted it.
Unless I’m missing something.

Here’s a passage quoted from the OP’s linked story. It is one of the comments that was not removed by the site that the (ex) judge posted to. It sounds like satire. Could it all be a whoosh?
Hi bup. The thread’s title is a variation on the common phrase Eat shit and die. My interpretation is that the person in question should suffer a bit rather that quickly expiring.
It makes some sense if you think of the shit-eating as taking place over a long period of time. So to rephrase: Eat shit, but not enough to kill you, and then continuing eating it (and contemplating how horrible it tastes) until we tell you otherwise.
But I do understand your point that it would be hard to eat excrement without tasting it.
That sounds like a dare!
I’m not a big fan of clowns (not scared of them, just don’t really like them much) but I have to say that calling Joe a Bozo is an insult those who wear oversized shoes.
I am amazed at his cluelessness. Someone called him “jawdroppingly ignorant”, and this is about the best description I can think of, other than “totally fucked up mentally”.
It is worth noting that this clown (and I use that word advisedly) is not and never has been a US Magistrate. He is/was a Tennessee county magistrate, who might be characterized as a puffed up Justice of the peace. Tennessee apparently does not have a unified court since it appears that there is some sort of county commission that has jurisdiction over the county magistrates – not the state trial court.
The US Magistrate is a big deal, generally regarded as a stepping stone to being a federal district court judge, which is a very big deal.
It is also worth noting that Tucker Carlson thought that this adolescent pornographic fantasy was funny!
